Malak Trabelsi Loeb is a Serial Entrepreneur, CEO of Trabelsi Loeb Legal Consultancies, Founder of Vernewell Group, Managing Director of Vernewell Management Consultancies, UAE-based management, innovation and AI consulting firm focusing on Space and Deep-Tech. With 12 years of experience in the law arena, Mrs. Loeb is known for her International Business Law, National Security Law, Tech Law and Space Law practice. Additionally, Mrs. Loeb has more than 17 years of experience in International Business.

Dr. Nabil El Kadhi
Provost
With almost 30 years of experience in the academia, and more than 15 years of experience in the management of higher education institutions with an exposure to European Middle East, and North Africa academic systems, Dr. Nabil El Kadhi, is a futurist, in both education and innovations.
Oisin McWeeney
Program Director
Curriculum specialist, and author, specializing in education, health and well-being. Mr. McWeeney has worked across both the public and private education sectors for over 10 years and has carried out important roles, including authoring academic books, curriculum mapping, training, development, and mentoring.
Dr. Rabie Mahmoud
Quantum Computing Specialist
He received Ph.D. in Computational Sciences from Cairo University and began his career as a researcher at the General Organization of Remote Sensing (Syria) then Manager of the Coastal Branch. He has also served as a lecturer in the Arab AASTMT (Syria). His interests include quantum computing, cryptography.

Dr. Mourad Telmini is Professor of Physics at University of Tunis
El Manar, Faculty of Science of Tunis, Department of
Physics. He is the head of the Laboratory of Atomic and
Molecular Spectroscopy & Applications LSAMA.
Dr. Montasir Qasymeh
Board Member
Dr. Montasir Qasymeh is an inventor and a professor of Electrical Engineering. His specialization is in quantum and photonic systems. He obtained his Ph.D. degree from Dalhousie University, NS, Canada, a master’s degree from the Politecnico di Torino, Italy, and a B.Sc. degree from Mutah University, Jordan.
Mr. Antonio Lanotte

Mr. Antonio Lanotte is a distinguished professional, as a chartered tax advisor in the field of international taxation and digital transformation, with extensive expertise in blockchain, artificial intelligence, and decentralized finance. Mr. Lanotte’s multidisciplinary expertise includes environmental, social, and governance (E.S.G.) modelling and green finance.
