Aim
- Trainees will learn how to Manipulate facts and present then in appropriate way using previous level behavioral aspect of motivation and appreciation. This requires communication skills leading to appropriate articulation of goals with a focus on determination as well as capability to demystify gray area and simplify it to the level of the team understanding. This requires self-realization of the same at a personal level before being able to energize the team members with the same.
Workshop Description
- 06 Hours of hand-on reflective critical thinking enabling to develop capabilities to positively Manipulate Facts, articulate ideas and demystify any gray area with a positive managerial style using properly the previously acquired skills of developing and sustaining motivation and determination. Behavioral short scenarios will be presented and discussed with a focus on the initial germs of critical thinking in manipulating facts and building facts map accordingly.
